The Philosophy of Complementary Therapy – Your Path to Greater Health and Well-being

Complementary therapy is a holistic approach that views body, mind, and soul as an inseparable unit. Its focus is on your individual well-being and strengthening your self-healing powers. The philosophy is based on the fundamental idea that every person has unique resources and abilities that need to be discovered and activated.

Core Principles of Complementary Therapy:

    Health means more than the absence of illness. We view you as a whole person – with your physical, emotional, mental, and social needs. The goal is to establish a harmonious balance between these areas.

  2. Resource Focus
    Everyone has inner strengths and outer resources within them. Therapy is about recognizing, activating, and using these resources specifically to promote your health and quality of life.

  3. Self-Empowerment
    You are the expert in your life. Complementary therapy supports you in taking responsibility for your well-being and strengthening your self-efficacy. Together, we develop tools that help you actively and consciously shape your life.

  4. Individualism
    Every person is unique – and so is every therapy. I adapt my methods and techniques to your personal needs, goals, and circumstances.

  5. Prevention and Support Complementary therapy aims not only to alleviate symptoms, but also to prevent illness and promote a healthy lifestyle. It can be used alongside conventional medical treatments to support their effectiveness and mitigate side effects

How do we achieve your therapy goals?

  • shared goal: At the beginning of therapy, we define together what you want to achieve – be it more relaxation, pain relief, stress management, or increasing your zest for life.
  • Individual methods: Depending on your needs, I use methods such as naturopathy, mindfulness exercises, energy work, or talk therapy.
  • Empowerment: You learn to utilize your own abilities and act independently.
  • sustainability: Therapy aims to bring about long-term changes that you can also implement in your everyday life.
